This beautiful hand crafted piece measures 4 1/2" x 11 1/2" made at Christ in the Desert Monastery. Each board will vary in size by 1 inch to 2 inches, but the shape of the board will closely match the sample picture. The piece you order will not precisely match the color or the type of grain. The wood burnings are done on fine wood we get from a local carpenter and are generally sugar pine, alder, oak, pine or maple. We cannot guarantee the type of wood your favorite wood burning will be on.
